Responsibilities:
- Managing customer reviews across all platforms
- Writing weekly email content
- Writing ad and website copy
- Managing push notification schedule for our app
- Managing WordPress website design and updates
- Basic SEO management
- Working with influencers on collaborations and donations
- Writing weekly nutrition blog
- Updating/posting nutrition facts for menu
- Designing marketing materials
- Google My Business page management
- Assisting in live events, such as grand openings
Skills recommended:
- Basic understanding or background in nutrition and wellness
- Basic understanding of WordPress
- Photography/Videography skills are a huge plus
- Basic understanding of Photoshop
Operations specialist
Responsibilities:
- Management of Online orders management
- Working with restaurant management
- Managing Square POS systems and online ordering platforms
- Managing employee onboarding content creation
- Menu creation management (in-store and online)
- Manage catering platform menus and customer service.
Job Description
Aubergine Kitchen is looking for someone with high energy and determination to lead our remote systems operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote POS hardware, software, and restaurant IT infrastructure support
- Perform staging, installation, and maintenance of: POS servers, terminals, kitchen and receipt
- printers, payment devices, back-office equipment, network equipment, and phones.
- Provide on call POS configuration support to restaurant staff
- Perform regular menu, item, modifier group, item price, database and user management on POS and online ordering.
- Manage delivery platform integrations
Qualifications
Experience in remote restaurant IT is a plus
