We love our customers and believe in rewarding your loyalty. Here’s how our rewards program works:
Earning Rewards
Your reward will become accessible in two places on our app:
- In your app inbox
- At thecheckout page after placing an order
One reward can be used per transaction (rewards can’t be combined). That means if you’ve accumulated 200+ points, you will receive two $10 credits, but you can only apply one per transaction.
It may take up to 24 hours for points or rewards to appear in your account after a purchase.
Using the App
You can also check out as a guest, without creating a loyalty account.

You can also access your loyalty account from a desktop by clicking “Order” and then “Pickup” on our website. Then log in.
Note: Purchases made through third-party platforms (like DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, or ezCater) do not earn points.

Having Trouble with the app? Try This:
- Update the App
Check the app store or googleplay to make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. It should have a white icon with a dark green eggplant.
- Check for Text Messages
You may have received an SMS text message in the past with a link to update your password or a request to add an email address for security purposes to your account. Follow these prompts.
- Duplicate User Error?
If you see this error, it means your account is active under your phone number, but you need to add an email in order to reclaim it. In this case, email us at care@auberginekitchen.com with the subject “Duplicate User,” and we’ll fix it within 24 hours. Your missing points will appear within 24 hours after you regain access.
Pro Tip for In-Store Purchases:
While at the cashier, open the app, make sure you’re logged in, and let the cashier scan your Loyalty QR code (under the “Loyalty” section).
No phone? No problem. You can also give the cashier your name, phone number, or email to link your account.
For your privacy, we no longer link credit cards to loyalty accounts.
Forgot to link your account to a transaction while purchasing food?
Just send a photo of your receipt to care@auberginekitchen.com, and if the transaction hasn’t already been credited, we’ll manually add your points. (Please allow up to 24 hours for them to appear.)
Gift Cards + the App
- Buy a digital gift card
- Send one to a friend
- Link a physical gift card to your account
- Add value to your existing digital gift card
This can all be found under the gift cards section of your app.
Heads up: We don’t support split payments with gift cards. If your card doesn’t cover the full total, just add more value to your gift card during checkout.
Using a gift card on a desktop?
You’ll need to link it through the app on your phone first. Once linked, it will appear as a payment option on the desktop version too.
